Thi La Vice President, Operations

Thi La is the Vice President of Operations for Opnext. Ms. La works with all Opnext business units to set strategy and metrics for supply chain and procurement. Her goal is to drive business leverage across the company through information sharing, collaborative business decisions, and portfolio and contract negotiation. She is also responsible for corporate IT strategy and spending, as well as corporate quality initiatives.

Ms. La has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, starting at Micronics Computers, then at Hewlett-Packard. She has held a broad range of senior positions in R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Product Marketing; responsible for over three billion dollars in revenue contribution at HP. She holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
