Justin J. O'Neill General Counsel and Senior Vice President

Mr. O’Neill has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since May 2007. From January 2004 until April 2007, Mr. O’Neill was Of Counsel with the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins LLP, Mr. O’Neill was an assistant general counsel at Global Crossing, Ltd., a global telecommunications company, from March 1999 until September 2003, and prior to that he was an attorney in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 1994 until 1999. Mr. O’Neill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a J.D. from the Columbia Law School.
