Red Laser Diodes (635nm - 690nm)
Infrared Laser Diodes (705nm - 852nm)

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Opnext offers a comprehensive lineup of red laser diodes and infrared laser diodes from 635nm through 852nm and output power ranges from 3mW to 150mW. These high quality and reliable products feature high power, low operating current, circular and multi-beam options, and high performance infrared.

All Opnext laser diodes are RoHS compliant.

HL6385DG

  

HL7001MG / HL7002MG

Opnext’s new 642nm,150mW red laser diode, HL6385DG, is the highest output power available in the market. This is suitable for the red light source of RGB (Red, Green, Blue) laser displays.

Opnext’s new 705nm, 40mW laser diodes, HL7001MG and HL7002MG are the first 705nm semiconductor lasers and are suitable for bio medical light sources.
