Laser Diodes (Violet, Blue, Red, and Infrared)

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Opnext offers a comprehensive lineup of laser diodes from 404nm through 852nm and output power ranges from 5mW to 500mW. These high quality and reliable products feature high power, low operating current, circular and multi-beam options, and high performance infrared.

All Opnext laser diodes are RoHS compliant.

HL63603

  

HL45023TG / HL40023MG

Opnext latest red laser diode, the HL63603TG has a wavelength of 638nm and an output power of 120mW. It is available in a 3.8mm package with single transverse mode and is suitable as the red light source of RGB laser pico projectors.

  

Introducing our new 445nm 80mW single transverse mode blue laser diode, the HL45023TG is ideal as the blue light source for RGB laser pico projectors.

The 404nm, 500mW multi transverse mode violet laser diode, the HL40023MG is suitable for direct imaging for printed circuit boards and medical analysis equipment.
